DemosAxia project partners gathered at the International Iberian Nanotechnology Laboratory (INL) in Braga, Portugal, for the project’s 2nd General Assembly Meeting, marking an important milestone as the consortium prepares for the Final Review phase. Held on 28 May 2026 as a hybrid and in-person meeting, the event provided an opportunity for partners joining both onsite and online to assess progress, align on upcoming priorities, and strengthen collaboration across work packages.

Throughout the assembly, leaders and representatives of the different work packages presented the progress achieved so far, highlighting ongoing activities, key results, and next steps. The presentations covered the main areas of the project, including project management, pilots and demonstrators, knowledge transfer, reinforced innovation skills, market preparation, and project spread and sustainability.

A significant part of the agenda was dedicated to defining the next steps of the project. Consortium members reviewed timelines, responsibilities, and actions needed to ensure the successful completion of activities and proper preparation ahead of the Final Review. The meeting also allowed partners to exchange feedback, discuss areas requiring further coordination, and reinforce the collaborative approach that supports the project.

Beyond the formal sessions, the General Assembly offered an opportunity for networking and informal exchanges among partners. The consortium dinner, held at the end of the meeting, provided a relaxed setting to strengthen connections between teams and foster further collaboration.

The 2nd General Assembly Meeting in Braga reflected both the progress achieved to date and the consortium’s commitment to delivering the objectives of DemosAxia as preparations continue for the Final Review.
